This generously sized, 3 bedroom condo is on the top floor of an owner-occupied multi family home. (see other listing in my profile).

We are on a quiet street walking distance to Tufts University and several excellent cafes and restaurants (see my guidebook for details),

Living Room:
- Large wrap around couch, comfortably fits 6 guests
- 65" Smart TV with Netflix and additional apps

Dining Room:
- Solid wood table with 6 chairs, counter height

Bedroom 1:
- King mattress
- Standing desk with 27" monitor, HDMI cable, mouse pad, and office chair
- Room darkening curtains

Bedroom 2:
- Queen mattress
- Desk with 27" monitor, HDMI cable, and office chair

Kitchen:

Guest access
You will have full access to the second floor unit with the exception of one storage closet.
Additional notes
Our driveway can comfortably accommodate 2 vehicles. An EV charger (NACS & J1772) is available and shared between two units.

Public transportation:

60 second walk to the bus stop (Boston, Somerville and Cambridge) and only 1 mile to Davis Square Red Line Subway and 0.7 miles to the Medford/Tufts Green Line stop

We have exterior only security cameras for the safety of both our guests and property. These cameras are actively recording both audio and video outside all entrances and side doors. Any tampering with cameras, including, but not limited to covering and otherwise disabling of these cameras are grounds for early termination of reservation with no refunds whatsoever.

Absolutely no smoking inside or near open exterior doors - there is a $250 fee if this is violated.

Tampering with the WIFI connection is prohibited
