The space
This space is located on the first floor of a two family home. Guests will enter the property through a private entrance at the front of the home. There is no shared living space.

The first floor includes the following:
- Living room with 86" projector, 3.1 sound system, and oversized couches
- Dedicated office space with standing desk and ultrawide monitor (HDMI included)
- Dining room with 4 upholstered chairs
- Two bedrooms with queen beds and closet space
- Fully stocked kitchen with dishwasher
- Free washer/dryer located in the basement (note, the basement is unfinished and shared with upstairs tenants)

Please note:
- No pets
- No smoking
- Not recommended for children under 2

Guests will have full access to their unit and partial access to the basement
